Trade Mastermind have been very busy in the latest transfer window, signing 5 Super Stars for the Peterborough based office and have filled over 30 work from home sales positions.
Let’s take a look at some of the highlights from the transfer window:
Matt Andrews
Don’t Call it a comeback! Matt returns to Trade Mastermind and will be responsible for managing TM’s Socials:

Not only will he be looking after the TM’s Socials, he will also take the lead in supporting and educating our customers on the benefits of social media and how to use it for their business to ensure that our customers are not only building their business, but also their brand.
Jordan Buttigieg
Jordan has been linked with a transfer across to Trade Mastermind for well over a year now! And the speculation around this transfer is finally over because its happened!
Jordan will be responsible for growing Trade Masterminds Organic search traffic along with managing paid ad channels such as Google and YouTube Ads.
Jordan said “Its great to have finally completed the move to Trade Mastermind. The business has many exciting projects in the pipeline which I can’t wait to get involved with! Joseph, Chris and Craig have captured my imagination regarding future plans”.
Emma Cloude
Highflyer and strong businesswomen, Emma Cloude previously worked for a personal coaching business and led the sales and finance teams. She was also responsible for booking and overseeing monthly events.
Emma will be managing the “Work From Home” sales team, which is a new team which offers flexible working from home opportunities in a bid to help people during the cost of living crisis.
Emma plans to use the strategies and techniques that she developed to motivate and lead from the front. When asked on her thoughts regarding the new role, Emma said:
“What made me want to join was Joseph’s passion for being the best and getting the best out of everyone around him. I believe that by surrounding yourself with great people you have no choice but to level up.
This TME role has brought incredible people together from all over the country and having the flexibility to work from home is a great incentive. I have big plans to keep expanding the team and finding more amazing people. Creating a professional, but also fun environment where people have the opportunity to progress quickly.”
Adele Hayes
International signing Adele who lived in Queensland Australia for 5 years! Is back in the UK!
Adele will be responsible for the planning, design, production, promotion, overall co-ordination and profitability of all TM events.
Adele Said “I am looking forward to delegating many of my tasks and then oversee and support those that I have delegated to.
This is a creative position, which will allow opportunities for testing new ideas and themes.”
Phillip Muhenda
Phillip joins the team as one of our videographers and will be responsible for editing video content for the Trade Mastermind Group.
Phillip has a great “Can do attitude” and a “positive vide”, which are important qualities to add to the growth of the team. When asked on his thoughts regarding the new role, Phillip said:
“I am very excited to be starting my new venture with Trade Mastermind, and cant wait to get stuck into my role”.
