At present, we’re at an £18,000 average order value. Previously, we never looked at any of our figures. We used to run things, and then at the end of the month, we’d wonder why we hadn’t made any money.
It’s been brilliant to follow everything, to know where we’ve been going wrong and correcting it. It’s massive, and then you end up wanting to put more in because you know you’re going to get more back.
I used to work on the tools, thinking that was the only way to earn money for the company, but now I realise that’s not the best.
Now I’ve got my time back to spend with my family, and we’re even earning more money.
